IMON is the largest microcredit Fund (MCF) in the Republic of Tajikistan (RT) in the field of providing financial services, including microcredit, financial leasing, Islamic banking, financial consulting for all business sectors.

The IMON Fund was registered on November 23, 2004 in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, has the status of a micro-credit organization within the framework of the Law of the Republic "On Microfinance Organizations" dated April 16, 2012, and acting on the basis of the certificate of the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) dated December 14, 2012.

Our Fund is focused on building long-term partnerships with clients based on mutual trust, understanding and respect. By providing a wide range of financial services, the Fund promotes economic development and changes in the lives of people in all regions of Tajikistan.

Since its establishment, the IMON Fund contributed greatly to expanding the access of the economically active population to financial services, developing entrepreneurship and strengthening the microfinance sector of our country.



Microlending sectors

The IMON Fund provides its clients with certain types of micro-loans for the following types of activities:

Microleasing

Within the framework of established leasing products, the IMON Fund offers leasing schemes through which customers can purchase:

vehicle

equipment

commercial real estate

agricultural machinery

innovative polycarbonate greenhouses with drip irrigation




In February 2020, IMON received a license from the NBT to fulfill Islamic financing, and for this purpose, an Islamic Window operates under the Fund

Islamic Window

The Islamic Window is one of the tools of Islamic banking - an alternative type of financial services, which operating on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Islamic Banking" and NBT's regulations adopted in 2014. The main feature of Islamic banking is the rejection of loan interest, high-risk transactions and transactions with uncertainty, work on the principles of Sharia (Islamic legal norms).

The Islamic Window of the IMON Foundation employs professional and competent employees with higher education in the field of economics and Islamic finance, who have qualified in this field and participated in domestic and international conferences and symposiums on Islamic finance.

The Islamic Window at the IMON Fund is actively working on the implementation of all types of services in the field of Islamic banking and currently finances its clients on the basis of Murabaha and Ijara products.
