Muyassar graduated Khujand State University named after Academician B. Gafurov with a degree in economics. She has over 20 years of experience working and managing in banking and financial institutions. Muyassar began her career path at the MCF IMON as a specialist in the credit department. From 2007 to 2017, she worked in senior positions at MDO IMON INTERNATIONAL and managed a large team of professionals. In June 2018, she was appointed director of the IMON Micro-credit Fund.
Muyassar has extensive experience in conceptualizing and processing projects, in providing technical assistance, as well as in managing complex operational areas. She is a participant in large-scale international projects in the field of microcredit, leadership, entrepreneurship support, etc. Muyassar is a professional with high managerial, organizational and integration skills in solving tasks and fulfilling goals, as well as in creating jobs, improving financial literacy and the standard of living of the population.
Mirshakar graduated the Tajik Agrarian University in 1986 with a degree in accounting economics. Since 2018, he has been working as the chief accountant of the MCF "IMON". Prior to that, he held management positions in the branch of MDO "IMON INTERNATIONAL" in the Istaravshan district of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a chief accountant, and in 2010-2017 he held the position of director of this branch.
Mirshakar has many years of experience in the system of accounting and tax accounting, financial reporting, internal audit and control. Participated in many international conferences and seminars in his specialty, has a degree in international accounting under the CAP program. He has a high analytical mindset, foresight, the ability to collect and analyze data and is always focused on results.
