Not long ago, Nargiza Yuldosheva, a mother of three, was a housewife doing her best to support her family. In an effort to earn additional income, she began ordering small batches of goods from China and reselling them. However, she had little business experience, and her turnover was only about 3,000 somoni—often not enough to cover even basic daily needs.

The Turning Point

One day, Nargiza approached the IMON Microcredit Foundation and learned about a free educational platform—the Online Business Accelerator for Women and Youth. The program offered training, mentorship, and access to an interest-free loan based on Islamic principles (Qarzi Hasana). She decided to give it a try—and it became a turning point in her life.

A New Perspective on Business

During the training, Nargiza began to see her business differently. She learned how to plan purchases, analyze profits, find reliable suppliers, and manage online orders more effectively. Most importantly, she realized that her small venture could become a stable and sustainable source of income.

First Steps After the Program

After receiving the interest-free loan, Nargiza purchased a smartphone, which became an essential tool for her work, and placed a larger order of goods from China. Gradually, her product range expanded, and her business began to grow.

Today, her turnover has increased nearly sixfold and exceeds 18,000 somoni.

What Has Changed Today

Nargiza now collaborates with retail outlets at Somon Bazaar, earns a steady income, and feels confident about the future. Moreover, she fulfilled another dream—she became a school teacher.

“Now I Have Both a Goal and Confidence”

"When I first started, everything seemed complicated and almost impossible. But thanks to the Foundation’s accelerator program, I began to believe in myself. Now I have knowledge, a clear goal, and real results. I’m not just earning—I’m growing my business," says Nargiza.
